What you said about the festival

July 2020

“Thank you for organising the walks and have joined the rambling club”. Elaine Shelley

“I am very new to the area so this was a great way to learn about the area. I liked being able to walk to the start and end of the walk. I have subsequently looked at the Rambling Club website and when my husband is also up here we will look to join”. Julie Tyrell

“Great walk on Saturday around Blockley. Mildly challenging but fortunately no rain. Good leaders and small but very fit and social group”. Michael Bourne

“We really enjoyed the two walks we went on – especially the Dumbleton one as this was most informative and we had a real enthusiast leading us. I honestly can’t think of anything you can improve. Personally I would prefer there NOT to be dogs on any of the walks as there can be livestock in the fields, not to mention birds near the ground or just near us and dogs tend to frighten them away. But I appreciate that many walkers have dogs – I guess in future I’ll just choose walks that don’t allow dogs in them”. Mary James

“My wife and I joined the Evesham walk on 30 June and Bretforton walk on 2 July. I forget the initial awareness but the programme was clear and informative and easy to select from and book places. We both enjoyed the walks and have therefore joined the Rambling Club”. Malcolm Boscott

“The walks were challenging and varied. And I can’t recommend them enough .Thank you I look forward to next year’s walks”. Dean Brown

“Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful (if rather wet) walk. We particularly enjoyed the talk on the history of the airfield and the careful planning of the walk and preparation of the footpaths for the event. So a big thank you to everyone for their hard work”! Jane Nicholl-Jones

“Very well organised walk, led by Allan and Pauline. Great route, very well planned and led with confidence and expertise. A lovely day and a great experience. I would be happy to come back and do more next year.
Booking, website information all very straightforward.
Congratulations and thanks to all involved”. Karen Cunningham

“Website was good and website, just send the email to us next year and you’ll have lots of willing takers. Thank you for all your hard work” !! Michael Bourne

“Just to thank you very much for a delightful walk this morning”. Janet Thomas

“I really enjoyed the walk I participated in. It was well organised, the walk leaders were friendly and informative. a great walk. I was impressed that the walkers had walked the path ahead of the day and made sure paths had been cleared”. Jacqueline
