Description:

If you’ve never tried Nordic Walking before, come along and find out more. Take a walk alongside the River Avon to Abbey Park and learn how using the correct techniques and poles will help target your upper and lower body muscles with every step. After the walk we’ll retire to Raphael’s for an informal ‘chat and questions’ over coffee.
